I changed my mind, can I cancel or modify my order?
You have 24 hours after placing order to contact our customer service team and request a cancellation or modification.
After 24 hours, we’ve already started working on your order and you cannot cancel or modify it.
To cancel an order, please send email to us and include all the details of your order: order number, style, size and color of the item(s) you have chosen. We’ll do our best to help you!

What is the type of currency in your store?
We support for over 140 currencies. You'll have the option of changing the currency to USD if desired through the drop down menu at the top right corner of any our pages.

Every single item on alohawaii.co is custom printed just for you, it will take us 2-10 business days to print and make sure your order is everything you desire and it would be prior to shipping.

Can I track my package?
A Tracking Number will be sent to you by email after a few days since your order has been placed. If you haven’t received your tracking number within the duration of time below, please contact our support team here and we’ll be happy to assist!

It may takes up to 24h for your package to show up in the forwarder's tracking system.
For International orders, tracking information is available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
I never received my package, what should I do?
If your item has not arrived within 45 days for apparel products and 60 days for home decor products, shoes, boots, luggage covers, car seat covers, hooded blankets and bags after completing the order, contact us through our Contact Us page and we will do our best to help you!
International buyers! - What about customs? Will I be charged for duties or custom when my package arrives in my country?
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price. These charges vary from one country to another and are the buyer's responsibility.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be.

*Shipping to the following countries may take over 50 days for certain products:
South Africa, Peru, Mexico, Argentina, Bulgaria, Romania, and French Polynesia.

Please be informed that all orders shipping to Mexico and all countries in Africa (South Africa, Cape Verde, …) and countries in South America ( Peru, Chile, Argentina, …) usually take 2-3 months to arrive due to the delays from customs and local post offices.
*All items except our beautiful and personalized shirts & hoodies cannot be shipped to the following countries: Guatemala, Bolivia, Peru, Montenegro, Syria, Kuwait, Georgia, North Korea, Jordan, Ecuador and Morocco.*

As every single item on alohawaii.co is printed to order, we can’t exchange your product. But, your satisfaction is our priority and we will do our best to find a solution that will make you happy! Please contact our customer service for assistance.
I’m not satisfied with the printing quality, what should I do?
You’re not in love with your product, we’ll take it back! All of our products are carefully quality inspection and we will re-print any flawed apparel, free of charge. Please see our return and refund policy for further details.
I received the wrong item, what should I do?
We apologize for any inconveniences and we’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement order.

I have an incredible design, can I send it to you and have it printed on a product?
We’d love to see your incredible design and print it for you! A minimum of 20 shirts, pillow covers, shoes or saddle bags is required in order to be printed.
